• The OFALLON DOT COM World Wide Web Site (ODC) is owned and operated by Rosemary Chiaverini of O'Fallon, Illinois.  Rosemary is a Real Estate Broker / Agent at RE/MAX Preferred in O'Fallon and has been a full-time Realtor® in O'Fallon since 1987.
• ODC Web Site design and maintenance is performed by Rosemary's husband of over 30 years, Craig Chiaverini, Sr.  Craig has worked in a wide range of technical and managerial disciplines within the computer field for over 33 years and is currently a Computer Hardware/Software Analyst in the local area.
• ODC was created in the summer of 1996 after experiencing encouraging results advertising in early 1996 via her original Web Site which was hosted at APCi.Net in Fairview Heights/O'Fallon.  Rosemary has used APCi.Net as a local Dial-Up Internet Service Provider since February 1996.  A proponent of high speed Internet access, Rosemary has taken advantage of local cable modem Internet access since it first became available locally in March 2000 and has used Charter.Net as a Cable Modem Internet Service Provider since November 2001.
• ODC is now hosted on a very fast Web Server located in San Jose, CA.  While there are several excellent Web Hosting companies in the O'Fallon - Fairview Heights - Swansea area, the commercial company chosen for hosting ODC allows in-depth programming capabilities and operating system features while providing a local-equivalent response time to its WWW visitors.  These capabilities and features are exercised throughout the ODC pages.
• ODC and the OFallon.Com Domain Name are privately owned by Rosemary Chiaverini of O'Fallon, Illinois and receive no city or government funding whatsoever.
• While its primary emphasis is to present our wonderful community in a positive light and provide WWW exposure for its business clients, ODC does not represent O'Fallon, Illinois in any capacity, official or otherwise, nor is it affiliated with any government agency or sponsor.
