Three Coldwell Banker Agents Receive Designations O'Fallon, IL -- October 2, 1996 -- Three of Coldwell Banker Brown's top O'Fallon agents recently completed all education requirements to obtain the Certified Residential Relocation Specialist (CRRS) designation. Rosemary Chiaverini, Donna Ascher, and Gail Blake attended training sessions to learn how to serve the special needs of both military and civilian families as they go through the difficult process of relocating. The CRRS educational sessions were held at the St. Louis Coldwell Banker corporate training center.

Chiaverini Attends IAR 1996 Spring Conference Mt Vernon, IL -- April 29, 1996 -- Rosemary Chiaverini of Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors® in O'Fallon was among the more than 400 Realtors® attending the Illinois Association of Realtors® (IAR) annual Spring Conference in Mt Vernon, April 17 and 18, 1996. During the two day event designed to enhance the productivity of each Realtor®, the members received an IAR association update, a professional standards update, and six hours of Real Estate Continuing Education. In addition, the conference featured 27 exhibitors highlighting the latest industry technologies, products, and services available to the Real Estate professional. Several Internet Service Providers presented the latest in computer technology. The IAR Spring Conference is the largest Realtor® Conference and Trade show held annually in Southern Illinois.
